Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: China-Shanghai
Responsibilities:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:

  • aggressively grow Altera’s business to broad base customers and increase Altera presence in China to increase market share
  • manage MNC/EMS sales team and local distributors and work closely with field applications engineering team in China to win designs and build strong customer relationships
  • deliver positive message and Altera value proposition to the MNC/EMS

Qualifications include a BSEE or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years sales or technical experience in the semiconductor industry and a minimum 5 years experience in sales or technical management.  You must have a proven success in managing major accounts and distributors in China.  You must be a Native Mandarin speaker with proficiency in written and spoken English.  Good communication skills are required.  You must be a mature leader with experience to manage people and professional demeanor.  Having an ASIC or PLD related background is a plus.
