| Title: Channel Management Specialist, Advanced |
| Location: China-Shenzhen |
Responsibilities:
As an Advanced Channel Management Specialist, you will:
- Work with field sales to manage Design Registration database to support multi-partner channel model; Analyse data and report to management
- Collect and consolidate sales forecast data on regular schedules
- Work with Asset management group in US headquarters to drive distributors in ~ stocking up new and mainstream products to support customer needs ~ collecting customer demand forecast for better supply chain visibility ~ manage regular Stock Rotation and Scrap-In-Place activities with distributors
- Prepare and audit data for Quarterly Distributor Performance goal setting and performance measurement on channel partners
- Administer and coordinate on logistics for channel partner training programs
- Manage Leads collected in both local events and on-line platforms
Qualifications include:
- University graduate with a minimum of 3 years experience in sales/marketing administration role in multinational companies, preferably from semiconductor/hi-tech industries
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Independent with initiative
- Self-motivated and able to work as a team player
- Good spoken and written English
