Responsibilities:
As a Field Sales Manager, you will:
- Manage, drive and lead resources in demand creation among all R&D locations in China, U.S. and Europe in order to grow Altera business and expand Altera PLD market share
- Coordinate Customer Service and Operation Departments in fulfillment to keep excellent service
- Develop and drive the execution of the Customer Account Plan
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships at customers
Qualifications include:
- BSEE or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience in the semiconductor industry ,with proven career track record and at least one year of sales management experience
- Demonstrated success in managing key accounts
- Strong existing relationships with various levels of people
- Complex/System level design in and wins experience essential
- Telecommunication experience in both wired and wireless
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Good Communication skills with the U.S. headquarters
- Knowledge of PLD/ASIC is a plus
