Title: Field Sales Manager
Location: China-Shenzhen
Responsibilities:

As a Field Sales Manager, you will:

  • Manage, drive and lead resources in demand creation among all R&D locations in China, U.S. and Europe in order to grow Altera business and expand Altera PLD market share
  • Coordinate Customer Service and Operation Departments in fulfillment to keep excellent service
  • Develop and drive the execution of the Customer Account Plan
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships at customers

Qualifications include:

  • BSEE or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience in the semiconductor industry ,with proven career track record and at least one year of sales management experience
  • Demonstrated success in managing key accounts
  • Strong existing relationships with various levels of people
  • Complex/System level design in and wins experience essential
  • Telecommunication experience in both wired and wireless
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Good Communication skills with the U.S. headquarters
  • Knowledge of PLD/ASIC is a plus
