Title: HR Specialist
Location: China-Shanghai
Responsibilities:

As a HR Specialist, you will:

  • Support all HR administration work and services in four of the China offices.
  • Conduct recruitment selection and interviews and liaise with external agencies.
  • Coordinate employee communication, training and teambuilding programs.
  • Implement HR processes and ensure statutory requirements are met.
  • Provide relevant and timely information to management and external parties.
  • Prepare reports and presentations and update records and HR policies.

  Qualifications include:

  • BS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent, with a minimum of 8 years of HR experience as a generalist with multinational company experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel applications.
  • Self-motivated person with a strong attention to detail.
