Altera Launches Global SOPC Seminars
Company Hits the Road to Propagate System-On-a-Programmable-Chip Message
San Jose, Calif., September 9, 2002 — As the economics of chip design increasingly favor programmable logic, Altera Corporation (NASDAQ: ALTR) is launching a series of worldwide seminars, taking the system-on-a-programmable-chip (SOPC) message to 22 cities around the globe.
Design engineers, executives, and industry analysts from around the world will converge to see and learn the latest applications, features, and benefits of using programmable logic technology. Each conference will focus on application techniques of FPGAs and will offer a variety of technical sessions that cover today's technology innovations.
