Dominic Nancekievill
Supervisor, Video and Image Processing R&D, Altera Corporation
Dominic Nancekievill is a member of Altera's European Technology Centre, where he has been leading the Video and Image Processing R & D team since 2005. An Altera employee since 2002, Dominic's efforts in developing synthesis algorithms have resulted in eight patents and a 2005 paper on factorizing multiplexers for the International Workshop on Logic Synthesis. He earned his computer science degree with first class honors from the University of Cambridge.

Amnon Gai
Strategic Partner Manager, The MathWorks
As The MathWorks Strategic Partner Manager, Amnon Gai is responsible for developing partnerships and new business opportunities with technology leaders, and extending the reach of The MathWorks products and model-based design to new markets. Before joining The MathWorks, Amnon held engineering, marketing, and business development positions in large, mid-size, and start-up companies in the U.S. and Israel. In his last position as Director of Marketing and Business Development for Omikron Delta, Amnon invigorated sales and marketing, effecting year-on-year revenue growth of 100 percent for three consecutive years. Amnon holds a BS in engineering and a BA in science. He is currently pursuing an MBA at Boston University.

As Senior Technical Marketing Engineer of the Communications Business Unit, Deepak Boppana is responsible for promoting efficient communications system design techniques and architectures using Altera’s products. Deepak joined Altera in June 2003 and has over five years of experience in communications system design and research. Deepak holds a BSEE from the University College of Engineering-Osmania University, and a MSEE from Villanova University.

Martyn J. Riley
CEO and Founder of 4i2i Communications Ltd.
Martyn J. Riley received his B.S. degree with honors and his M.S. degree in electronics engineering from the University of Bristol in 1985 and 1990, respectively. From 1985 to 1992, he was a member of the technical staff at Hewlett-Packard Laboratories. Martyn has been awarded a number of patents, and has published over 20 journal and conference papers in video and error correction coding. He has been awarded two patents and is the co-author of the 1996 Artech House book, "Digital Video Communications." In 1995 he founded 4i2i Communications Ltd., which has developed a wide range of video coding intellectual property (IP) cores that it licenses to semiconductor companies and OEMs. 4i2i Communications Ltd. has been grown organically without external investment and has over 100 IP licenses. The company has been profitable every year since 1996, enjoying an average year-on-year growth rate of 56 percent.
