Founded in 2000, ReFLEX Custom Embedded Systems (CES) is a leading company for OEMs seeking to outsource the design of custom embedded solutions and the manufacturer of complex electronic systems in small to medium volumes. ReFLEX CES provides bus interfaces (for example, VME and PCI), prototype boards, and video and imaging processing solutions.

Bus Interfaces
The proven ReFLEX CES experience in bus interfacing technology has been acquired and validated through development of advanced PCI boards for PCI Express, PCI, PCI-X, PC104+, and Compact PCI. ReFLEX CES develops standard VME products and also provides alternative solutions to component obsolescence.
Video and Imaging Processing
ReFLEX CES offers a wide range of high-speed prototyping boards for ASICs, multiprocessors, and complex algorithm designs. ReFLEX CES prototype boards offer a flexible level of configuration and provide high-density data processing with Altera® Stratix® II FPGAs.
ReFLEX CES video processing solutions are engineered to match the most common design requirements, whether for analog video signals acquisition (PAL, NTSC) or digital (SDI, CameraLink). These solutions integrate full filtering and compression features in JPEG, JPEG 2000, and MPEG4 designs.
All solutions are tailored to fit the most common requirements of military, aerospace, instrumentation, medical, industrial, and telephony markets.
