Description

ATEME's ATE4000 intellectual property (IP) core is a complete MPEG-4 AVC H.264 Encoder that transforms input video in YUV 4:2:0, and compresses it in Main Profile to generate a regulated bitstream compliant with the ISO/IEC14496-10 specification, up to Level 3.

This core integrates all H.264 tools in VHDL and all the necessary I/O for a complete stand-alone solution. Only external DDR and flash memory are needed.
