Altera provides a website for instant access to product information. The site provides an online, hypertext environment that allows you to browse through Altera product information, software support, system solutions, education and events, Altera eStore, and corporate overview.
To access the Altera website, on the Help menu, point to Altera on the Web, and then click Altera Home Page from within the Quartus II software, or point your browser at www.altera.com.
For additional technical support for the Quartus II software, on the Help menu, point to Altera on the Web, and then clickQuartus II Service Request from within the Quartus II software, or point your browser to the mySupport website at www.altera.com/mysupport.
To troubleshoot and solve common technical problems, on the Help menu, point to Altera on the Web, and then clickTroubleshootersfrom within the Quartus II software, or point your browser to the Troubleshooters website at www.altera.com/support/kdb/troubleshooter.
